Career Fulfilment online exercise & Process Questions
a) This exercise is designed for a wide audience, including secondary and high school students, college and university students, young adults preparing to take their very first job or simply those who are keen to start a business/profession or take forward an existing business/profession.
b) Principal/Counsellors/Teachers/Head of Departments/Supervisors can use the data points from the reports to guide students who are preparing for higher studies and trying to up their game to excel in studies.
a) The primary goal is to help students find a fulfilling career by providing key insights about their Purpose, Passion, Potential and showing which careers align best with their natural inclination.
b) Support students to know their Power, Push, and Pain Dimensions and Virtues
c) Support students to know gaps in Dimension and Virtues vs. aspired careers.
a) There are two versions: the SnapShot version takes approximately 15–20 minutes, and the more detailed DeepDive version takes about 40 minutes to complete.
a) The DeepDive version with Level 5 to 7 is highly recommended for Grade 8 students and upwards so that they receive the most detailed and comprehensive insights about themselves and the careers they aspire.
b) The SnapShot version has 3 variants Level 100, 101 and 102 is highly recommended for children in Grade 5 to 7. Each level helps to achieve a different goal that is focussed, targeted, but limited to ‘know yourself’ and learning strategy.

a) DeepDive Reports (Levels 1–7) require the full 40-minute online exercise and provide a complete range of insights starting from Purpose, Passion, Potential, Inclination, Effectiveness, and Fulfilment based on chosen level of the report. Higher the level of the report, greater is the insight.
b) SnapShot Reports (Levels 100–102) require only 15–20 minutes to complete the online exercise and give more targeted results (e.g., only Purpose, or Purpose, Passion, and Potential, learning strategies, etc.).
a) Yes, every report except for Level 1 will include a detailed analysis of your NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Communication style.
a) You can evaluate against an unlimited number of careers over time. By default, Levels 5 through 7 reports include evaluation for 3 careers. The system can handle a maximum of 10 careers If you wish to evaluate more than the default 3, you can purchase up to 7 additional careers for the current report.
Post-Exercise & Usage Policy
a) Your scores are valid for one year. We recommend retaking the exercise annually, as life events and conscious interventions (like personal development efforts) can influence your scores. Doing the assessment yearly allows you to track your progress accurately on your career journey.
a) You can evaluate against an unlimited number of careers over time. By default, Levels 5 through 7 reports include evaluation for 3 careers. The system can handle a maximum of 10 careers If you wish to evaluate more than the default 3, you can purchase up to 7 additional careers for the current report.
a) No, you do not need to do the exercise again. Your core scores are valid for a year. You simply need to purchase the ‘additional careers’ product to evaluate yourself against new careers. Remember, the system can still only process a maximum of 10 careers at one time.
a) Yes, you can switch. However, you will need to do the online exercise again. The SnapShot is a limited, targeted version, while the DeepDive requires gathering significantly more data about you to provide the comprehensive insights (Inclination, Effectiveness, Fulfilment, etc.).

Understanding the Core Concepts
a) Your Purpose represents your guiding star and the central driver that brings meaning and direction to your life and work.
a) Your Passion refers to the activities you are naturally drawn to and enjoy doing. It’s the intrinsic motivation that makes you feel energized and engaged.
a) Your Potential is the capacity you have for development and future success. It is primarily expressed through your Virtues—the positive qualities you consistently display.
a) A Virtue is a consistent expression of a positive quality (e.g., Flexibility, Humility, Empathy…). These are traits that influence your effectiveness in any role unless changed by life events or targeted interventions.
a) Each Dimension is characterised with a specific inclination triggered by an individual in varying degrees through the chief virtue , in conjunction with anchor virtues specific to the Dimension.
a) Inclination reflects your natural fit with a career. It is high when your top three Dimensions (your consistent patterns of thoughts, feelings, and actions) align with the top three dimensions required for that specific career.
a) Effectiveness is achieved when the Virtues you express (which show your potential) align with those virtues that require expression levels ≥ 60% for a particular career. It means you naturally possess the qualities needed to perform well in that role.
a) The Fulfilment score is the ultimate measure of satisfaction. It is directly associated with your Inclination and Effectiveness scores. The higher those two scores are for a career, the greater the fulfilment you can expect to achieve in it.
