Creator of the Model

“Vivian S. Alfred, with 20 years of experience developing HR strategies for multinational companies, dedicated seven years to research before unveiling The Limeneal Wheel© in 2021. The name blends ‘Limen’ (Latin for ‘Gateway’) and ‘Neal’ (Sanskrit and Irish for ‘Champion’), symbolizing a ‘Gateway of Champions.'”

Vivian Selvathurai Alfred is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in Human Resources Management. With a background in business HR, leadership coaching, talent management, and change management, he has served in senior leadership roles in Indian, American, and Swiss Multinationals.
He is a Virtues research scholar and holds the IP for the Limeneal Wheel© model, Limeneal Wheel Power Keys Coaching and Assessments©, practicing the model and the tools since Nov 2021. Author of the book, “Limeneal Wheel: Gateway for Leadership Fulfilment“, published in 2023. A Master Practitioner in NLP, a certified Habit Coach, Positive Psychology Practitioner, a certified Strengths coach and a Body Language trainer, Vivian has coached 250+ individuals, both in India and overseas, specifically, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, Uganda, Switzerland and Germany applying his Intellectual Proprietary 8-step model, Limeneal Powerkeys Coaching for Career and Leadership. He has conducted several career and leadership development workshops and training sessions for students and professionals in India during his 2-decade career span. In the earlier part of his career, he has worked with leading national newspapers in India as a journalist from Mumbai before launching his career in Human Resources.
